Once we received your details of orders, we will reply with our bank account details for payment. Payment can be made via cash transfer/ deposit machine to our Maybank account.

2) Shipping

a) i) Pos Laju - Semenanjung (Flat Rate @ RM5.00)

ii) Pos Laju - Sabah & Sarawak (Flat Rate @ RM9.00)

b) Pos Express - Only for orders less than 5 pcks @ RM3.50

** We do not recommend posting via pos express.

Please be informed that Poppy Craft Store will not be responsible for any loss or damage occured to your items during delivery process.

We will proceed for shipping within 2 days after confirmation of payment received and invoice issued to the customers.Please be informed that there will be NO shipping during Saturday & Sunday and also Public Holidays.

Tracking number will be provided for ease of reference.

3) We accept COD only for orders more than RM25.00. We only cover Ampang, Pandan Indah, Pandan Jaya, and Taman Maluri area.

4) Reservations are allowed only for 3 days. If no payment received within the timeframe given, we will assume that you are no longer interested in purchasing the products and your reservation/orders will be cancelled.
